Birthing From Within inspired weekend workshops and class series help expectant parents access their inner knowledge to feel confident and holistically prepared for birth and postpartum.
With a professional doula by your side, you can feel relaxed and nurtured, knowing that you have an expert to answer all your questions and take care of your emotional and physical needs.
As an experienced doula, I document your birth journey through photography and/or video while navigating your birth space unobtrusively and with respect.
