YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR CHILDREN, BUT WHAT IS THE BEST?
If you search the internet for information about sleep, many contradicting things will come up.
If you ask in social media, you could start a battle of opinions and get flooded with advice. If you ask your friends and family the anecdotes will be very different from one another. And although you want to protect your bond with your kids, doubt might be kicking in. Add in the exhaustion of parenthood and it's probably feeling truly overwhelming. How do you tune in to your intuition in the middle all the noise?

As a Sleep Educator, I know that your baby and your situation are completely unique.
I follow a developmental, attachment based approach and I will never tell you to ignore your children's cries.
But I also know what it's like to feel burned out and to desperately need to find balance. You can't keep running on empty!
Taking into consideration your personal family values, I will help you make gentle changes when things need to change and provide you with the information you need to understand what is going on in your baby's world. I provide professional support, parent coaching, stress management tools, and help you find confidence in your parenting choices.
