Can you do it by yourself? Of course you can! But having an expert who is fluent in the language and familiar with the location makes things easier and more relaxing. 

I can help you learn about all the different routes (and the risks and benefits of each one). I will be by your side,  supporting your choices, guiding you when you’re feeling lost, making sure you’re well nourished, both emotionally and physically, and answering any questions that come up.

BIRTH DOULA services include


  • 2 prenatal visits to discuss hopes and fears for birth, learn comfort measures and coping techniques, get to understand what's important to you.
  • 1 Birth Art Session
  • Help creating a birth preference document as well as a postpartum support network or meal train.
  • On-call from 37 weeks until your baby is born.
  • Unlimited phone and email support during your pregnancy and immediate postpartum.
  • Full attendance to your birth and guaranteed back-up doula.
  • Access to TENS unit use during labor.
  • 1-2 postpartum visits on the first month after the baby is born, depending on the situation
  • Access to my lending library and list of recommended reading.

POSTPARTUM  DOULA​

Postpartum is truly a challenging and often overlooked time of transition. In ancient times, the whole village would get organized to support the new parents.
As a postpartum doula, I will help get your basic needs covered so that you can truly focus on what's most important: bonding with your baby and honoring your body for the incredible work it just did.
Postpartum doula services include:
  • Light housework
  • Meal preparation and planning
  • Help preparing sitz baths
  • Babywearing Education
  • Belly binding
  • Diapering education and infant hygiene alternatives
  • Assistance with other children
  • Evidence-Based Infant Sleep Education
  • Emotional comfort, non-judgamental listening and help processing your birth story.
