Join us our last class of the year! Charting for Health Workshop will be held from 6:00- 8:30 pm on Tuesday, November 13th at New Day Midwifery. This workshop is most beneficial for people who menstruate, however anyone with a uterus may find it helpful.
Content of this course will include a guide to phenotypically female anatomy and physiology, biochemistry of hormones, signs of fertility, symptothermal method basics, and benefits of mooncycle charting.

INSTRUCTORS:
Michele Drake
Michele Drake (pronouns: she/her) is a reproductive health educator and advocate with a special interest in supporting women in their contraceptive choices. After witnessing many of her friends and family struggle to find their ideal contraceptive method, balance their hormones, or achieve pregnancy, she was inspired to empower people with knowledge about their own bodies so that they may make informed choices about their health.
Michele offers group classes in reproductive health, basic menstrual charting and achieving hormonal balance. She also offers individual coaching and support for contraception. |
Marissa Bolaños
Marissa Bolaños (pronouns: she/her) is a doula and menstrual health educator. She has a passion to help women and birthing people understand and love their bodies. She loves seeing her clients walk out of her classes or their birth experience feeling a new sense of confidence and complicity with their reproductive system. Community is at the heart of her practice and she works hard to help people connect with one another and build confidence in their ability to make decisions about their health and their parenting.
